Kamagra is one of the most effective and popular preparations for the treatment of erectile dysfunction symptoms. It helps to improve the symptoms of erectile dysfunction, thus providing men with restored ability to achieve a firm and lasting erection, which is enough for performing sexual intercourse.

The active ingredient of Kamagra is sildenafil. By placing an order, you confirm that you know what sildenafil is and are familiar with its correct dosing regimen. We recommend getting a consultation with a doctor first and seek immediate medical help in case you develop any side effects to the drug.

Kamagra starts working in about 30-60 minutes after the intake. After the drug is absorbed from the gastric tract, it acts by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5. Due to this, the levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) grow. When a man is sexually stimulated a release of nitric oxide happens, thus triggering the muscle-relaxing effect of cGMP. As a result, the smooth muscular tissue of the penis relaxes and the penile arteries dilate, letting the penis fill with enough blood. An erection appears.

Dosage and administration

Kamagra 50mg and 100mg pills are available for users. The tablets of Kamagra should be taken orally with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the drug as it may affect the effectiveness of the medication. The preparation should be taken only when you plan sexual activity. This medication is not intended for a scheduled treatment. Once-per-day administering is possible if needed.

It is better to take Kamagra on an empty stomach as fatty food can delay the Tmax of sildenafil concentration in plasma by 60 minutes. Depending on the individual response of the patient, the medication can work from 4 to 6 hours.

Interaction with other drugs

There exist a number of dangerous or possibly dangerous drug interactions with Kamagra. Never use Kamagra alongside with:

  • Nitrates;
  • Antiretrovirals;
  • Azole antifungals;
  • Some antibiotics;
  • Riociguat;
  • “Poppers”;
  • Antihypertensives.

There are some other medications that shouldn’t be used together with Kamagra. Talk to a doctor for more information.

Intake with caution

Intake of alcohol when on Kamagra should be limited to 3 drinks a day or refrained from completely. That’s because strong alcoholic drinks or large amounts of light alcohol can increase the risks of serious adverse reactions.

It is also important to inform your doctor about the prescription and over-the-counter drugs you take as some of them may affect the effectiveness of Kamagra or increase the risks of side effects.

Immediate medical help is needed in case you experience a painful erection or an erection that doesn’t go away for more than 4 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility of permanent damage to the penile blood vessels and thus, complete impotence.

You should never use Kamagra if you have:

  • Hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any other ingredient of the pill;
  • Severe heart health problems that make excessive physical activity dangerous to life;
  • Low blood pressure (under 90/50mmHg);
  • Hypertension (stage II) ;
  • Liver or kidneys dysfunction;
  • Penile deformities;
  • Stomach ulcer;
  • Bleeding disorders;
  • Heart surgery, myocardial infarction or stroke in the last 6 months;
  • Blood cell disease;
  • Cases of priapism in medical history.

This remedy is also not allowed to be used in children under 18 and women. Never take Kamagra with grapefruit or grapefruit juice as it may result in a fast increase of the levels of sildenafil in blood, and thus provoke overdose symptoms.

Side effects

It is considered that about 30% of Kamagra users will experience at least one of the possible side effects. However, they are almost always light-to-moderate and don’t need doctor’s attention as they go away within several hours. Most common of them are:

  • Heartburn;
  • Headache;
  • Nasal congestion;
  • Facial flushing;
  • Diarrhea;
  • Dizziness;
  • Inability to differentiate between green and blue.

Severe reactions happen very seldom. Yet, any of them needs a consultation with a specialist or immediate medical help. They are heart attack symptoms, partial or complete vision or hearing loss, faintness, severe hypotension.

Kamagra overdose is manifested via drug’s common side effects. However, their incidence and severity are higher if compared to the normal drug dosing regimen. Seek medical attention at the nearest medical centre to stay under a doctor’s supervision until the effect of the drug wears off.

Missed dose

Kamagra is intended for on-demand intake. Therefore, it is not possible to miss a dose.

The drug should be stored at room temperature away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat. Make sure it is kept in the place which cannot be reached by children or pets.

Sildenafil is not toxic if taken in prescribed doses.

Caring for your column of life

Your spine is vital to your health and well-being – its misalignment can lead to a number of related health problems ranging from constant headaches to chronic spinal decay.

The vital atlas bone

In the early 1900s Dr B J Palmer discovered that the atlas bone, at the top of your spine, is responsible for both the position of your head and the resulting alignment of your spine. Atlas Orthogonal is the treatment of the spine with specific attention to this vital atlas vertebrae.

Painless transformation

It was revolutionised in 1982 by eminent spine specialist Dr Roy Sweat. Unlike conventional adjustment – which requires painful manipulation and pressure applied by doctors’ hands – AO adjusts the atlas bone with a percussive soundwave instrument. It is safe and painless.

Precision technology

Dr Sweat worked with the Georgia Institute of Technology to design an advanced AO percussion instrument and x-ray vector program. The instrument is now in its seventh generation and treatment is more precise and effective than ever.

An innovation in healthcare

Every year around the world, millions of people benefit from the gentle, natural healing of AO. It is now taught at five US Chiropractic Colleges, and practised in six countries and more than 600 practices worldwide. Medical doctors, neurologists, podiatrists, endocrinologists, dentists and other chiropractors refer their patients to Atlas Orthognists.
